Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailer.

Print & Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
